Here are the goals of our Kids Club:
-Transmitting the pleasure and interest of foreign languages ​​and especially English
-Teach English to children formally and informally using immersion
-Make sure of the good use of the English language in a natural environment
-To provide children with a rich environment where they feel supported and encouraged to participate in fulfilling activities
-Discover or deepen your knowledge in a particular field (coding, design, science ...)
What is immersion learning?
Unlike the functioning of adults, the child has the ability to naturally acquire English in total immersion. The facilitator naturally speaks to children in her mother tongue, in situations that invite them to speak in English. To achieve this, the facilitator uses body language, games, songs, mimes ... Humor is at the heart of the relationship, of course, to put children at ease and encourage them to express themselves.
Every child is respected in his rhythm, in his desire to speak or to observe, and all initiatives are positively encouraged. These risks are the beginning of the success of bilingualism, the risk of being wrong if anchored in the French culture is a brake that we help to overcome smoothly to keep the pleasure of learning!
